Sri Lankan Pensioners living in Italy should present themselves personally at the Embassy in order to obtain life certificate or attestation for pension receipt.
Required documents :
a. Duly completed Pension Receipt
b. Valid Sri Lankan Passport
c. Pensioner's Identity Card issued by the Department of Pensions in Sri Lanka
d. . Permit of Stay (ie: Italian SOGGIORNO), if available
SAFE DRIVING AT ACI ( Italian Automobile Association)- FREE OF CHARGE
