Sri Lankans can apply for their Police Clearance Certificates through this Embassy. Applications for police clearance reports are forwarded to the Police Headquarters in Colombo by this Embassy.
Documents required: All original documents should be submitted with two set of photocopies.
a. Duly completed application form (Application can be downloaded)
b Original Passport with photocopies of the data page
c. National Identity Card
d. Permit of Stay (SOGGIORNO) , if available
e. Original Brith Certificate
f. Relevant fee in Euro
