The Passports issued with five (5) years validity can be renewed up to a period of 10 years from the date of the first issue.

Validity of a passport which is over ten (10)years from the date of issue cannot be further extended and the holder of such passport is required to apply for a new passport.

Extension of validity of passports can be done on the same day

a. Current Passport

b. Duly filled Form 'O'

c. Relevant fee
