The Embassy of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka in Rome is pleased to announce that the government of Sri Lanka will be holding “SRI LANKA EXPO 2012 – the mega export exhibition for international buyers” in Colombo from 28th to 30th March 2012 to showcase Sri Lanka's new export capabilities to the international buyers.
The Objectives of the event are:
- Promote Sri Lanka’s trade, investment and tourism
- Reposition Sri Lanka as a lucrative business, investment & tourism destination in Asia
- Instill buyer confidence in Sri Lanka’s quality products & services
- Achieve the national target of US$ 15 billion exports by year 2015
